Bringing Chicago’s Iconic Pizza To Your Kitchen Table

Born In Chicago
Always experimenting, never satisfied – these have been the hallmarks of Jim Stolfe’s approach to pizza making since he first traded his prized 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire for a small storefront pizzeria in 1963. For over 50 years, this drive and philosophy resulted in hundreds of innovations from drive-thru pizza pickup to heated delivery trucks, and the continued growth of Connie’s. Connie’s Pizza became a Chicago institution across its restaurants, concessions, and catering businesses.

Made in Milwaukee
Palermo's Pizza was founded by Gaspare and Zina Fallucca, who brought their cherished family recipes from Italy to Milwaukee in 1954. Starting as an Italian bakery in 1964, they quickly expanded, opening a pizzeria in 1969 that earned the title "Milwaukee's Best Pizza."
By 1979, Palermo's had successfully transitioned into the frozen pizza business. Their deep Italian roots, commitment to quality, and decades of experience in frozen pizza manufacturing made Palermo’s the perfect partner to help Connie’s Pizzeria extend their authentic pizza into the frozen market.
