Palermo's Pizza was founded by Gaspare and Zina Fallucca, using family recipes lovingly carried with them from Italy. After opening their Italian restaurant in 1969, their commitment to using the freshest quality ingredients and beloved recipes are the cornerstones that helped earn their food the title of "Milwaukee's Best Pizza." In the decades since then, Palermo's has continued to use the best ingredients to create exciting new products and offerings. This includes being the first company to produce a rising crust frozen pizza and an ultra-thin frozen pizza. While Palermo's looks to the future for new ideas, the principles that made "Papa" and Zina Fallucca's food and business a hometown favorite will always remain the same.
